In 2017, I co-founded InSite Consultants to bridge institutions to work with grassroots organizing efforts. Our team works across the United States with local, state, and national projects.

METHOD: InSite centers the experience, knowledge, culture and practice of those most impacted by systemic disparity. WE catalyze institutional transformation through anti-racist policies, cultural and artistic organizing, and place-based approaches accountable to those most impacted.We hold ourselves accountable to marginalized communities and align our politics with grassroots Black liberation movements.
